CHILD SPONSORSHIP
Full support of a child costs £16 (GBP) a month - ALL of which goes to the Indian or African home being sponsored.  And if you are a British taxpayer, less than £1 of the government tax back is spent on postage/photos printing etc, and Orfund's other costs.  Yes, 95% of Orfund's total income goes to our international project work!!!

Orfund child sponsors initially receive a Photo-Profile of their sponsored child, giving full details of the child and their circumstances prior to us taking them in, and something of their character and talent.  Every six months you will receive a report on the child's progress; a picture done by him or her; and a letter if they are able.  In addition every year you will receive their latest photo and a Christmas card from them.
 
HOME SPONSORSHIP 
If you feel you would like to support the work of one of the homes, but without the personal child contact - Home Sponsorship is for you, where funding goes to supporting newly admitted children and many general home needs and improvements.  Home sponsors receive two reports from the home every year, giving details of the general work and progress of the home, plus a Christmas card and a yearly photo of the home children.
